Next month, Cirque du Soleil’s Toruk – The First Flight, comes to Atlanta.
Inspired by James Cameron’s Avatar, Toruk imagines a world thousands of years before the events depicted in the film.
In the Na’vi language, Toruk refers to the leonopteryx– the red and orange predator that rules the Pandoran sky which is ridden for the first time by a Na’vi.
Avatar fans will find themselves immersed in the world of the blue-skinned Pandorans in the show, which is Cirque du Soleil’s 37th production.
The show will run from June 15 – 19 at the Infinite Energy Arena in Duluth. Tickets range from $34.50 – $125.
