At the time of practicing yoga in an outdoor place, the practitioners become a part of the nature. They can feel the interconnection with the nature and can really feel the positive energy they take in while inhaling. Natural track like murmur of the dry leaves, whispering of the gentle breeze, touch of the soothing air, singing of the birds, light of the sky and also the green color of the plants make the yoga session more enjoyable and positive. The practitioners can push away all the negative feelings from their inner self and can become more centered, stable, calm and energetic. It will make them refreshed, renewed, rejuvenated and energetic.
